| Broiled Salmon Steaks 1 pound of fresh or frozen salmon steaks, thawed, cut 1 inch thick 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce |

Rinse the fish and pat dry. Preheat broiler. Combine the melted butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire in a small bowl. Arrange the fish on the unheated rack of broiler pan. Brush lightly with butter mixture. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn, brush again. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes more or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Brush with the remaining butter mixture before serving. Makes 4 servings |
