Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray an 8" round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine flour, caraway seeds, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In small bowl, with wire whisk, combine yogurt, egg, sugar, molasses, oil and 1/4 cup water. Add wet ingredients to dry; stir with wire whisk just until combined. Transfer batter to prepared pan; bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 4 servings |
