1 cup of spring onions, sliced
1 1/2 cup of corn frozen
2 cans of black beans
5 Roma tomatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons of pickled Jalapenos
1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
2 ea Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Drain and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
