Cream the shortening and 3/4 cup of sugar n a bowl. Ad the egg and mix well. Sift 2 cups of flour with baking powder and salt and add t creamed mixture alternately with milk. Place in a well greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pan and sprinkle with blueberries. Combine the remaining sugar, cinnamon, and remaining flour in a bowl and cut in the butter until the mixture resembles crumbs. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 350ºF. oven for 45 - 50 minutes. Cut in squares and serve warm with cream. Makes 8- 10 servings
