Barbecued Round Roast RecipesFromScratch.com9/7/06

2 - 3 pound round roast
3 tablespoons of bacon drippings
1 large onion, sliced
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 cup of catsup
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of water

Brown the meat in bacon drippings; add onion. Mix the remaining ingredients, pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325ºF. for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Thicken gravy with flour and water. Makes 6 servings
