| Baked Canadian Bacon 2 pounds of un-sliced Canadian Bacon 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
Place the Canadian bacon in a baking pan. Combine the brown sugar, mustard and pineapple juice and pour half of the mixture over Canadian bacon. Bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings |
