Crumb Cake 2
2 cups of plain flour 2 cups of sugar 6 extra large eggs 1/4 teaspoon of almond flavoring 1 cup of Crisco |

Mix all ingredients together and beat with a mixer for 12 minutes. Cook in a cold oven starting at 250ºF. for 10 minutes. Then cook at 275ºF. for 10 minutes. Then continue cooking at 300ºF. for 10 minutes. Continue cooking at 300ºF. until golden brown and turns loose sides of pan. Let sit for 5 minutes before removing from pan. *Check with toothpick before taking out of oven for doneness. |
