Chocolate Orange Mousse

1/2 teaspoon of grated orange rind
2 tablespoons of firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg
3 ounces of semisweet chocolate, melted and cooked
1 1/2 tablespoons of orange juice
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

Combine the orange rind, brown sugar, egg yolk, and egg in blender, blend until light and foamy. Add the chocolate, orange juice and cream, blend until well mixed. Pour the chocolate mixture into individual dessert dishes, refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Serves 2
