Citrus Baked Halibut

1 pound of fresh or frozen halibut steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
2 tablespoons of snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of finely shredded orange peel
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Thaw the fish, if frozen. Arrange in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Cook the onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in the parsley, orange peel, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Spread over the fish. Sprinkle orange and lemon juices over all. Bake, covered, in a 400º F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Spoon pan juices over the fish. Serves 4
