Cut the lemons in half. Scoop out inside pulp, discard. In a food processor, combine the next 6 ingredients, pulse for 30 seconds or until well chopped. Stir in toasted pecans and spoon into lemon cups. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings |
