Rye bread, toasted rounds
Caviar
Finely minced onion
Hard boiled egg

Butter rounds of rye toast. Press on these rounds, slices of the egg white. Fill the inside of the egg white with caviar. Sprinkle finely minced onion over caviar. Surround egg white with grated yolk.
