| Ham Puffs 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar 1 egg 1 cup of grated American cheese 1 small can of deviled ham (4 3/4 ounces) 2 1/2 dozen toasted, buttered, bread rounds Combine the cream of tartar, egg and cheese; fold in ham. Spread the mixture on bread rounds. Place on cookie sheet, and broil.
