Lobster Casserole

1/4 cup of butter
1 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
2 small shallots, minced
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of heavy cream
9 ounces of fresh scallops
3 ounces of fresh crab meat
10 ounces of cooked Maine lobster
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
1 dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder & thyme
1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
Dried bread crumbs & paprika for garnish

Sauté mushrooms, shallots and scallions. Pour bite-size seafood in 2 quart casserole. Add mushrooms, cream and flour. Season with salt, pepper, etc. Bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF. Top with bread crumbs, paprika, Parmesan cheese and Swiss cheese. Heat again until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 15 minutes. Serve over pasta of your choice.
