Meat Marinade

1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of  pepper (coarse)
1 1/2 tablespoon of parsley 2 cloves garlic (crushed)

 

Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Can be stored up to two weeks  in refrigerator. When ready to use, pour over meat (chicken, steak, kabob chunks, etc.) Turn occasionally to keep meat covered. Grill meat or bake.  Discard used marinade.
