Meatloaf 4

1 1/4 pound of ground beef
1/4 pound of ground pork
2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 cup of onion, finely chopped
1 cup of quick cooking oats
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
1/4 cup of catsup
1 cup of cold water

Combine all ingredients, let stand before shaping into loaf. If desired, spread additional catsup over the top before baking. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings
