Meat Loaf 8

1 cup of soft bread crumbs
1 cup of water
1 pound of ground chuck RecipesFromScratch.com9/20/06
1 egg
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of prepared mustard
1 small can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Pour water over bread crumbs and mix well; add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 6 - 8 servings
