1 pint of select oysters 1 recipe pastry for 2 crust pie juice of 1 lemon butter freshly ground black pepper to taste
Drain the oysters and place in a pastry lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot generously with butter. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with pastry, then cut steam vents and crimp edges. Bake at 425ºF. for 20 minutes or until the crust is brown.
