| Combine the cream and milk in a saucepan and season with the salt, pepper ,celery, salt, parsley flakes and bay leaves. scald the milk mixture but do not boil. Add the oysters and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes or until the edges begin to curl. Remove bay leaves and serve. Makes 4- 6 servings |
