| Preheat an electric skillet to 325ºF. Add the butter and melt, then add the green pepper and scallions. Sauté until tender, then stir in the flour. Add the mushrooms and oysters, then cook, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes or until the oysters curl. Serve on toasted French bread. Makes 4 servings |
