Bread Machine - Pesto Bread

1/2 cup of milk, whole or skim
1 egg
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 tablespoons of basil or other pesto
2 cups of unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 to 1 teaspoon of salt to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast

 

Measure the milk into the baking pan of your bread machine and break the egg into it. Add the olive oil, pesto, flour, salt, and the last unless otherwise directed in the instructions for your particular machine, the yeast. Use a quick bake cycle for this loaf.
