2 cups of flour 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of butter 2 eggs 1 cup of plain yogurt 1 teaspoon of vanilla |
| In small mixing bowl, stir together flour, poppy seeds, salt and soda. In large mixing bowl, cream cheese and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add yogurt and vanilla, mix well. Stir in flour mixture. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400ºF. for 15-20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Stir together flour, poppy seeds, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Beat in yogurt and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks 5 minutes. |
