| Quick & Easy Beef Pot Pie

1 Envelope onion soup mix
1 Pound Lean ground beef
6 Ounce Can evaporated milk
1/2 Cup Bread crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Potatoes, thinly sliced
1 Teaspoon Chopped parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Stir soup mix well. Combine 3 tablespoons mix with beef, milk, crumbs and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Spread this in bottom of shallow, lightly greased baking dish. Set aside. Combine remaining soup mix with potatoes, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Arrange potato mixture evenly over meat. Cover. Bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake* 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika. We suggest baking at 350ºF.
