Quick Carrot Nut Spread

1 cup of raw carrots; scrubbed
2/3 cup of chunky peanut or cashew
1 teaspoon of Lime juice
3/4 cup of ripe banana, peeled and diced
1/2 cup of dried currents
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender, adding about a quarter of the ingredients at a time. Total calories per serving: 127 Fat: 7 grams
