Reuben Sandwich 3

4 slices of rye bread
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut
4 slices of corned beef
4 sliced of Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon of butter

 

On each of 2 slices of bread, spread 1/2 tablespoon of mustard, top with 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut. Arrange 2 slices of corned beef and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each; top with remaining slices of bread. Butter outside of each sandwich, using 1/2 tablespoon of butter, grill until cheese begins to melt.
