Spanish Coffee Cake

2 1/2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of Wesson oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of buttermilk
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg, well beaten

Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Then add oil. Remove 1 cup of crumb mixture and set aside. Then add nuts, buttermilk, soda, baking powder and well beaten egg. Grease sheet cake pan, pour batter and top with crumb mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes.
