Salmon Croquettes 3
2 eggs 1 large can of salmon, drained 3/4-1 cup of self-rising flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder Salt & pepper to taste Onions, chopped (as many as you like)
Mix together thoroughly. Form into patties and drop into (small amount) hot grease. Cook until golden brown on both sides. |

Salmon Croquettes
1 cup of hot mashed potatoes (I use leftover creamed potatoes) 1 cup of flaked salmon Salt & pepper 1 teaspoon of lemon juice Crumbs & egg
Combine potatoes and salmon. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Shape, roll in bread crumbs, then in egg and again in crumbs. Fry in hot oil 3-5 minutes. Drain. Salmon Croquettes
1 cup of pink salmon 1 teaspoon of pepper 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 cup of chopped onion 3 tablespoons of flour
Pour salmon into bowl (debone). Combine remaining ingredients and make patties. Place in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Salmon Croquettes
1 large can of can pink salmon 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 cup of flour 1/4 teaspoon of soda Salt and pepper to taste Chopped onion (optional)
Mix well and drop by tablespoons in hot grease. Very light and fluffy. Salmon Croquettes
1 can salmon and liquid 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of salt Crushed corn flakes 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Flake salmon; stir in eggs and salt. Blend in enough crumbs to make firm mixture; blend in baking powder. Shape into croquettes; roll in crumbs. Fry in small amount of fat until browned. Yields 8 servings. |
