| Swedish Meatballs 5
1 pound of ground beef 1 cup of dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper Dash of all spice 1 egg, beaten 1 cup of canned milk 1 small onion, minced |
| Add bread crumbs, corn starch, salt and pepper, all spice, beaten egg and milk to ground beef. Sauté onion lightly in oil. Add to the above mixture and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into tiny balls (40 to 42 in all). Brown lightly in 400ºF.oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Sauce 1 bottle ketchup ( I used A1 Bold) 1 small. jar grape jelly 1 cup of wine
Mix and heat in crock pot, add meat balls. Enjoy!! Serve with tooth picks. |
