30 pounds of hamburger 15 eggs 5 quarts of warm milk 5 quarts of dry bread crumbs 1 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of allspice 1/2 cup of salt 1/3 cup of onion 2 tablespoons of pepper 1/2 cup of nutmeg |
| Mix all ingredients well. Use scoop #16 and brown on large 18 x 26 inch trays. Lift into deeper pans and cover with very brown gravy. Cover and bake 1 hour at 300ºF. Serves 150 (2 each). |
