1 1/2 - 2 pounds of hamburger 3/4 cup of oatmeal 1 onion, med. Salt & pepper 1/2-1 cup of milk
Form into balls and brown in skillet. |
| SAUCE: 2 cups of catsup 1 cup of water 4-6 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 4-6 tablespoons of vinegar Onion (opt.)
Bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. |
