1 pound of ground beef 1 egg 1/4 cup of cracker meal 1/8 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/8 teaspoon of onion salt salt and pepper to taste flour 5 beef bouillon cubes
Combine all of the ingredients except flour and bouillon; shape into small balls. Fry in large skillet until brown on all sides. Add 1/2 cup of water. simmer until water is gone. remove meat balls from skillet. Add flour to drippings and brown. Do not add salt. Pour 4 or 5 cups of water into skillet and cook as for gravy. Add bouillon cubes and meat balls. Simmer meatballs in gravy for 1 hour or longer. Add additional salt now, if desired. Makes 4 servings
