Salmon Peas Loaf
1 tall can of salmon, drained and shredded
2 slices of bread
1/2 - 3/4 cup of milk
2 eggs, beaten separately
1 pound of cooked peas, seasoned to taste

Break bread in little pieces & moisten with part of the milk. Combine
salmon, bread, and peas and moisten thoroughly with milk. Fold in egg yolks
then whites. Bake in greased loaf pan in 325ºF. oven until brown.
