| Thai Cornish Hens
3 fresh Cornish hens, split in half
SAUCE: 1/2 cup of Teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon of lemon peel 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1/2 teaspoon of red cayenne pepper |
| Pour sauce over hens in plastic bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove and grill for 45-50 minutes brushing with marinade. Makes 6 servings. |
