Thai Flank Steak

1/4 cup of  lemon juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3/4 cup of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1 flank steak (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
Oil for grill
Garnish: thinly sliced green onions

In small bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Pour over steak, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Remove meat; reserve marinade for basting. Place steak on oiled grill over hot coals. Close lid grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade during last 5 minutes. Cut cooked steak diagonally into thin slices. Bring remaining marinade to boil, then spoon over meat. Garnish with green onions. Makes 4 servings
