| Veggie Coleslaw
1/2 cup of calorie-reduced mayonnaise 1/2 cup of plain low-fat yogurt 1 tablespoon of tarragon vinegar 2 cups of cabbage, shredded 3/4 cup of carrots, grated 1/4 cup of onion, minced 1/4 cup of green pepper, minced
Combine all of the ingredients. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6. |
