Veal Scallopini

1 cup of mushrooms
1/4 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
3/4 cup of flour
2 pounds of veal steak, cut thin
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cup of white wine

Sauté the mushrooms in hot oil. Remove and set aside. Flour meat lightly, brown in hot oil. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and wine. Cover and simmer or 20 minutes. Serves 6
