Vegetables with Spicy Honey Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups of broccoli florets
4 cups of sliced carrots
4 cups of snow peas
6 cups of cooked white rice

Combine the honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro and red pepper in small bowl; mix well and set aside. Steam vegetables until crisp-tender; drain well. Toss steamed vegetables with peanut sauce in large bowl. Serve immediately over rice.
