| Amish Chicken Casserole
8 ounces of noodles, cooked 2 cups of cooked chicken, cubed 2 cups of chicken broth (can used canned) 1 cup of milk 1 can of mushrooms 2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 cup of margarine 1/3 cup of flour 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese |

Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms. Combine the chicken, cooked noodles, and prepared sauce. Place in a ungreased 9 inch x 13 inch x 2 inch baking pan and top with Parmesan cheese. |
