1 head of cabbage 2 carrots 1 pepper 1/2 cup of vinegar Pepper & salt 1 stalk celery 1 onion 1 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt |

Chop cabbage, onion, celery, carrots and pepper. Squeeze out moisture. Salt and set aside. Combine sugar, vinegar, celery salt, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cool. Add to cabbage mixture and refrigerate. |
