Hummus Spread w/Yogurt

two 15 ounce cans of garbanzo beans, (chick-peas), rinsed and drained
6 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 heaping tablespoons of sesame seeds, toasted
2 green onions, chopped
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
salt and freshly ground pepper
Pita Bread

Puree all ingredients in processor or blender, if using blender, do in two batches. Refrigerate. Spread on pita bread. Add whatever stuffing's you like. Keeps in refrigerator up to 1 week. Makes 2 1/2 cups
