FOR 1 LB LOAF (for 1 1/2 LB loaf) 1 1/4 teaspoons of dry Yeast, (2 1/4 Tsp) 2 cups of bread flour, (3 C) 1/4 cup of rolled oats, (1/3 C) 2 tablespoons of nonfat Dry Milk, (3 T) 1/4 cup of wheat bran, (1/3 C) 1 tablespoon of grated Orange Peel, (1 1/2 1/2 teaspoon of salt, (3/4 Tsp) 1/2 cup of fresh Cranberries, (3/4 C) 3/4 cup of water, (1 C) |
