Whole Wheat Bread 2

2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast, dry
2 1/4 cups of flour bread
3/4 cup of  whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons of milk, dry skim
4 1/2 teaspoons of shortening or sweet butter
1 1/4 cups +  1 tablespoon of lukewarm water

Follow instructions for use on your bread maker. On my bread machine, it calls for wet ingredients, followed by dry. Then form a well in the dry mixture, and add the yeast to the whole. Start.
