Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain. Cook the beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet, drain. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the zucchini with tomato sauce and basil. Place pasta in a 8 inch square baking dish,. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings |
