Brown the pork chops in oil over medium heat. Place the yams in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in marmalade, bell pepper and onion. Layer the pork chops with the yam mixture. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until the pork chops are tender. Makes 4 servings |
