Combine the meat and onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in salad oil for 5 minutes or until slightly browned. Cook egg noodles in boiling, salted water until tender, Place a layer of meat mixture in casserole, add a layer of noodles and top with a layer of Mexicorn. Repeat process. Pout tomato soup over all. Cover with cheese. Bake at 325ºF. for 35 minutes. Makes 8 servings |
