Drain (reserve) juice from asparagus. Place one half of asparagus in bottom of a casserole dish. Slice 2 eggs on top of this. Spread 1/2 can soup over eggs. Dot with margarine & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Repeat layers. Pour 1/3 cup of asparagus juice over all. Top casserole with grated cheese & then sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350°F. for 50 minutes |
