| Streusel Coffee Cake 2
3/4 cup of sugar 1/3 cup of oil 1 egg 1/2 cup of orange juice 1 1/2 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/4 cup of raisins, optional Topping 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of flour 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 2 tablespoons of oil 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped |
| Combine sugar, oil and egg. Add juice and beat thoroughly. Mix raisins with dry ingredients. Add flour/raisin mixture and beat until smooth. Spread in a greased 9" square pan. Combine ingredients for topping with a fork and sprinkle over batter. Press down slightly. Bake at 375ºF.
