Blue Cheese Coleslaw 2
6 cups of shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons of chopped pimiento
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion tops
1/2 cup of dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
a dash of salt
one 4 ounce package of blue cheese, crumbled, 1 cup |

Combine the cabbage, pimiento, and onion tops, chill thoroughly.
Mix together remaining ingredients, chill. Pour over cabbage and toss
lightly. If desired, garnish with slices of hard cooked egg and bologna
ruffles. 4 - 6 servings
