Cottage Cheese Coleslaw
1/2 cup of cream style cottage cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon of onion juice
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
8 cups of finely shredded chilled cabbage |

Combine the cottage cheese & mayo, add vinegar, caraway seed,
onion juice and Worcestershire sauce. For stronger caraway flavor, chill
dressing several hours. Mix dressing lightly with cabbage just before
serving. Place slaw in large bowl lined with cabbage leaves. If desired,
garnish with cottage cheese and green pepper rings. 8 - 10 servings
