Lemon Ginger Coleslaw (1 Pt)

1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of  cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of grated gingerroot
1 teaspoon of dark sesame oil
3 1/2 cups of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of chopped green onions

Combine lemon juice, sugar, cider vinegar, water, ginger, and sesame oil; toss with cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Serving Size: 4
