1 1/2 cups of vegetable or chicken stock a pinch of salt 1 cup of couscous
Basics for new cooks: In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 3 cups, or 4 servings. |
